In this Best Possible Taste interview, Margaret Leahy shares details about her new venture – Fable Tours.

Margaret is a Fáilte Ireland Tour Guide who enjoys meeting new people, eating great food, and having a laugh. Raised on an organic farm, she now lives on a smallholding growing vegetables in the company of numerous animals including her ever-faithful dog Willow. Meeting people, breaking bread with new friends and listening to stories of growing, cooking and foraging is what has made Margaret’s travels all over the world exciting. Margaret is passionate about providing immersive experiences in the beautiful West of Ireland.
