Kate Ryan is an award-winning food writer originally from the UK but now resident in beautiful West Cork.  In 2023 Kate was the Blas na hÉireann Producers’ Champion and Food Story Teller of the Year.  In this interview, Kate chats about her career to date which includes recently completing a Masters at UCC.
