The festival returns from Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 April, centred in the beautiful town of Dungarvan and extending into the surrounding area, including Waterford City. This year’s programme features an incredible 154 events — from intimate food experiences to large‑scale family activities — all celebrating the very best of local producers, chefs, and community spirit.
Eunice, along with her small but mighty team of Martha and Mary, has been instrumental in bringing this ambitious festival to life. Sharon recently caught up with her to get a flavour of what’s in store for 2026.
