This Best Possible Taste episode was recorded in front of a live audience at the 2026 Cork on a Fork which is organised by Cork City Council in partnership with local businesses and supported by the region’s producers and stakeholders.

“A Cork Wine Story” was hosted by Sharon Noonan, with guests Fionnuala Harkin (The Wine Shed) and David Watson (Killahora Orchards).

The audience was treated to a tasting of Killahora Apple Ice Wine and learned about the global footprint and innovations of Cork’s wine families and producers.
