In this episode of the Best Possible Taste we talk to Henry Horkan, Bord Bia Director for North America, about 2 campaigns in the US – one that aims to promote Irish lamb and the other that is an educational programme called Spirit of Ireland which focuses on Irish spirits.

Closer to home we head to Limerick city to talk to Jane Conlon from Sodalicious about how she has coped with the pandemic and the positives that have arisen for her business as a result of it.
