In this episode of the Best Possible Taste we pay a visit to the 2022 Burren Slow Food Festival in Lisdoonvarna in Co Clare to meet some of the food producers who had stalls at the farmers’ market.

First up we hear from Fionntan Gogarty, founder of Wildwood Balsamics, a unique artisan producer of award-winning vinegar creations based in Co Mayo.

Then Dave Merrins, Farm Shop Manager with responsibility for the cheese production at the Aillwee Burren Experience tells us all about Burren Gold Cheese.

And finally we talk to Conor Graham from Linnane’s Lobster Bar in Newquay, Co Clare who has recently acquired Flaggy Shore Oysters along with his business partner Mark Commins.
