Zingibeer is an Irish drinks start-up by father and daughter team, Kevin and Rachel Byrne, who started to brew this low-alcohol ginger beer as a Covid project.

It launched in 2022, and, with help from Enterprise Ireland, the Food Academy and a Gold Blas Award, they now have an enviable distribution throughout the country in supermarkets, off licenses and bars.
