Organiser Avril Bannerton reveals many of the 2018 highlights and Helen Cooke shares the programme of culinary talent taking to the Neff Taste Kitchen.  One such talent is Lizzy Lyons from Lizzy’s Little Kitchen in Listowel and Ballybunion in Co Kerry and we return to January 2018 when Lizzy was a guest on BPT.

One of the restaurants serving their signature dish at Taste of Dublin this year is Cork’s Greene’s Restaurant and chef Bryan McCarthy tells Sharon about its ingredients and other projects that he is currently undertaking.
