Manuela Spinelli discusses the annual programme of events hosted by Eurotoques including the organisations upcoming annual awards at Ashford Castle’s walled garden, Sharon Noonan travels to the Burren Slow Food Festival and talks to Orlaigh Meere about her award winning about square pudding and Dr Bill Schindler who was one of the speakers at the festival.  Bill is an prehistoric and experimental archeologist from Washington College in the US and is a visiting professor at UCD this year and he enthralled an audience with his presentation “Human Diet – learning to eat again.”
