We delve into the archives to hear a 2015 interview with chef Clare Smyth from Bushmills in Co Antrim, who was recently named best female chef in the world.

And on the occasion of Ox Belfast’s 5th birthday, we return to 2014 when Sharon Noonan met co owner, chef Stephen Toman, at the end of the restaurant’s first year in business before the restaurant received its coveted Michelin star.
