In this week’s Best Possible Taste Sharon Noonan is with Georgina Campbell, one of Ireland’s leading hospitality experts, to talk about the Bord Bia Just Ask campaign which has recognised Sage in Letterkenny and Good Things Cafe at Dillon’s Corner in Skibereen.

Newcastle West, in Co Limerick has had a sushi bar added to its culinary scene and Sharon talks to Martina in Yoshi Sushi To Go and visits the stall of French man Jeff Gloux at the market .

And at the end of the show we tour the majestic Attyflin Estate to meet Operations’ Manager, Paul Mordaunt.
