On this episode of the Best Possible Taste we return our attention to this year’s Blas na hEireann/Irish Food Awards.

First up we travel to Belfast to meet Johnny McDowell who is one half of Indie Fude, this year’s Blas na hEireann Producers’ Champion.

Staying North we hear from Carol Banahan of Carol’s Stock Market and then we are off to the Kingdom to find out about Dingle Sea Salt from Tom Leach and Moe McKeown.
