In this episode we head to Northern Ireland to find out how a trio of local food and drink heroes are approaching the current challenges.
First up is Laura Bradley from Indie Fude an independent deli and online store with outlets in Comber and Belfast where you can buy wholly Irish small- batch artisanal food and drink.
Then we visit Co Down to talk to Donal Farrell from Mourne Dew Distillery.
And finally back in Belfast we will hear from Caroline Wilson founder of the renowned Belfast Food Tour and Taste and Tour NI to find out how her career break from the law to pursue her passion for food is going.
