On the programme tonight we meet Co Meath artisan producer Hilary McGrath from A Bit of the Side Jellies.

Award-winning chef Jp McMahon joins us to talk about this year’s Food on the Edge, a 2 day symposium that aims to challenge our perspective on food and our connection to it.

And at the end of the programme, we hear from Maurice O Connell from Wayward Irish Spirits , a family company situated on the stunning Lakeview Estate on Lough Leane in Killarney.
