The first guest on this episode of Best Possible Taste is Chef Shane Smith who is from Co Cavan and working in Dublin’s Airfield Estate.  Shane shares his food journey during a visit to Taste of Cavan where Sharon Noonan also meets Sean McGlone from Blake’s Always Organic and David Donnelly from the Shed Distillery.  And at the end of the show we hear from Sally Barnes of West Cork Woodcock Smokery fame.
